Review of Carved Comfort

Hi! I am a manager at carved and I just want to clear some things up. We do take gluten allergies very seriously. When someone orders gluten free bread, we ask if it is a preference or allergy. The reason being is so if it is an allergy, we take proper procedures to ensure there is no cross contamination. All of our meats are gluten free as well as our salads. Our house made chips themselves are gluten free but the oil we fry them in is also used for chicken nuggets and mac n cheese bites. I've had people tell me they don't bother them. We do offer pre packaged gluten free chips. Our breads come from Food for Good Thought, a local bakery that hires people on the spectrum to help them try to live a normal life.
