Casserole at Shangri-La's Rasa Sentosa Resort & Spa

Although there is no gluten free menu, the chef was excellent and knowledgeable. He was patient and eager to make sure I had a terrific meal, not something stripped down and boring. Have enjoyed the Lentil Dahl and Chicken Tagine with no ill effects. This restaurant is located on the third level of the Shangri La Resort on Sentosa Island. Worth the time and expense.
