My celiac 9 yr old was invited to go with a friend for the weekend. I was very nervous but spoke with the food and beverage manager who certainly knew about cross contamination and food safety. Unfortunately he neglected to tell me he’d be on vacation when she was there. Fortunately, Britney (a manager or something) booked my daughter up all weekend with safe food. No tummy troubles at all. She loved the GF pizza and cheesy bread that they clearly marked. Is this the perfect GF place? No, but they went the extra mile for my kiddo and I’m grateful. I’d say this is safe for a short trip but the food options would get boring if more than a day or two.
