The waitress was knowledgeable and took extra steps to make sure that the food was GF. There weren't a lot of options and the servings are small so I left a bit hungry but the chicken that I got was good

Very good food, only a few items contained gluten and they were easy to avoid. Food was made right in front of you so that helped us feel safe! Lots of options as well.

GF items are marked but it's very easy to get glutened from cross contamination. Used to be easier to avoid but they now spread most of the line ingredients directly on pita and mix it back in.

So many options for people with Celiac! Not to mention it's delicious and filling! All foods are clearly marked as to what allergens they contain online - which makes choosing easy!

So delicious and all the gluten-free items easily marked. I would highly recommend this facility.

Loved Cava! Fresh, full of flavor food!! Great for anyone, not just gluten free. Very knowledgeable staff, great service. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

Staff is very knowledgeable about ingredient list. There are breadcrumbs in the regular meatballs, but not in the lamb meatballs. Mix and match your own entree on top of a base (different kinds of greens, white basmati, brown basmati, black lentils) and add the toppings you like. Great beverage selection too.

Incredible at avoiding cross contamination. There’s pretty minimal gluten in their restaurant at all and even with that they are very careful. Changed gloves and washed their hands without me even asking and packaged my food separately from my family. Could not say enough good things I’ve gotten this many times and not once gotten sick! I have only ordered in person so I cannot speak to how online orders are done!

Love CAVA and other locations are great, but this location is notoriously bad about cross contact. They don’t wash hands when changing gloves, they don’t clean prep space, and they use gloved hands that just touched pita to grab salad instead of using tongs.

Not safe. The salads are served with gloves that handle wheat. The spreads/dips have knives in them that are used to spread on pita. I ask the server to change gloves and serve me from a fresh bag of lettuce. I no longer get the dips (eg hummus) due to the cross-contamination. Despite these precautions, my dishes have tested positive for gluten (Nima sensor) on my last 3 visits. I give up.

Informed the employee of a “severe gluten allergy” and asked him to change gloves and he took care of my whole order down the line. Cava’s allergen labeling on their website is very helpful to look at what’s gluten (and dairy) free. Delicious, fast, and reasonably priced meal. I’ll go back again but only order in person to watch that there is no blatant cross contamination
