My son has celiac and we went here because it popped up on my celiac filter. I asked the person at the beginning of the line to change gloves and stay with my sons bowl the whole way through. He was nice and accommodated my request. I watched the people before me so I knew that my son wouldn’t be able to have the lettuce since they grab it with their gloved hands and they don’t change out between people. Since they also grab pita bread/chips with their hands he opted for no lettuce. Everything else is gluten free! He really liked it and had no reactions after. I like that you can watch your food being prepared the whole way down! Definitely go back!
