One of my favorite spots to bring friends and lovers in Portland. The food is all gluten free and so tasty, but also the ambiance and the **cocktails**. Don't sleep on CereusPDX folks!

I wish they had gluten free beer!

Very tasty~ love having food that is not only safe to eat but also interesting. Pickled fig and fried crema Fresca was a novel highlight.

Music was too loud but I’ll still come back for gluten free food that pleases the palate

What a gem! Loves the fancy drinks and the ceviche is delicious. The happy hour does have small portions, as expected. Check out the dinner menu especially the ceviche. Staff are sweet and lovely.

Amazing food! As a Latina it is so very nice to be able to taste real South American food done well. Service was incredible and Bradley was super friendly. Totally recommend this place!

Services was great, sweet server. Food was good. I had the beef empanadas which were delicious and also dairy free. I had the beef steak it was okay, kind of thin, but cooked well. I would get the red sauce over the potatoes on the side next time. Not a huge tomato sauce fan.

Genuinely confused by these reviews. I went to Cereus for a small birthday gathering and experienced exceptional service as well as cocktails and food. The drink menu was thoughtfully curated, and if you order from the dinner menu family-style (as recommended), you’ll leave more than satisfied. I’ll be thinking about the empanadas for a long time.

This place is purely for the drinks. DO NOT ORDER FOOD HERE. Although it does seem celiac safe, the taste and mouse size portions are not worth the price.

This is my new favorite place. The menu is almost entirely gluten free (currently all but the empanadas) and seriously delicious. I’ve tried several items and they’ve all been amazing. I spoke with both the chef and owner and it seems like very minimal risk of cross contamination (I’m pretty sensitive and haven’t had even a slight issue). The whole staff has been very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The cocktails are excellent and also very gf friendly, and the owner and bartenders have been happy to answer questions about specific ingredients in the drinks. Highly, highly recommend this place!
