Absolutely Fabulous- and celiac / gluten free friendly! Celiac here- I have to be extraordinarily careful when eating out and Chae has never let me down. Iron BibiMap- meat on the side and you're good to go. Brussel sprouts salad is delicious and GF- make sure there's no soy vinaigrette and enjoy your fabulously crunchy and tender pork belly lardon. Do you miss noodles? The chewy texture you thought only gluten could confer? Might I suggest the DDUKBOKI? Chewy, tender dumplings with a yielding, soft texture, a glorious, slightly spicy sauce and a chewiness I thought gone from my life.All of the waitstaff on my various visits have been patient and kind answering questions about ingredients and the chef/kitchen is knowledgeable and conscientious. Likely to be come one of my regular haunts.
