The only gluten item in the restaurant is the nan bread. We had a great meal with a lot of different dishes and I didn't get sick. Amazing food!

Many gluten free vegetarian items. Everything was excellent. The mango sticky rice is amazing. I ordered over the phone for pick up due to Covid, and the woman was very knowledgeable about what was safe.

I eat here weekly and never get sick. Many dishes can be made gluten-free even though the menu is not marked. Probably anything deep-fried is a no-no and I’ve never tried. I love the yellow curry chicken and the pineapple fried rice can be made gluten-free without the sausage and gluten-free soy sauce. It’s the best Thai food in Redding.
Staff is extremely knowledgeable, most items here can be made GF (avoid anything deep-fried since it’s shared). I had the ginger fish and they grilled it. Amazing. Did not get sick.
Yes
