I went to the Beaverton location shortly after they opened without trouble. Note that everything is cooked on a shared cook top with the same utensils so I highly recommend going right after they open and load up on ingredients to minimize the exposure risk. The staff in Beaverton was lovely and I would suggest requesting a utensil change. Also BYO GF soy sauce! I love the ability to choose the exact ingredients in my food. Very surprised to not be totally glutened here - still a risky place for someone with celiac given the cross contamination during cooking.

I had the best experience at Chang’s. They were super accommodating about my Gluten Allergy. I ended up going back twice, which I wouldn’t recommend because it is harder on the chefs. They thoroughly cleaned the grill before my food was put on. They also used new utensils as well. I have not gotten sick and I am highly sensitive to cross contamination. The chefs seemed to be very knowledgeable about allergies as well. On another note, I would recommend getting a little bit more than you think you’ll eat, so the chefs don’t need to clean the grill again.
All in all, I had a great experience and I will be going back.
