Wonderful place to eat Gluten Free. The staff are knowledgeable and careful. Their GF bread is great and it holds up for French Toast. Yum! They have at least 2 GF pastries. I’ll be back!

Love this cafe. Very GF friendly. And they always have a gf dessert. Made a no so great choice with the dessert today. Maple glazed donut. 🤮 And not sure how they could have put it out. It was soft and pasty for a donut. But I have to say that's the first not so good dessert that I've ever had. The service is great and staff is very friendly even in the midst of a busy Saturday morning. You'll live it if ya stop.

Gluten free menu options and even home made gluten free baked goods. Everyone here was very knowledgeable about gluten issues and cross contamination. This restaurant is actually where I learned of this app! Highly recommend and I feel safe eating here.

They have delicious gluten free bread that any of their sandwiches can be made from. They have dedicated fryers for their tarot tots. Ashley bakes wonderful gluten free pastries. I always order the Big John's burger, made to order, with the gator tots, and a pastry to go. Their scrambled bowls & cobb salad are some of my other choices. I love the caring staff, they take really good care of you!

I purposely planned to go through Berkeley Springs on my roadtrip to stop here because of the reviews, and it didn't disappoint. The best GF bread I've ever had, a ton of options, and they're extremely careful.

We took a slight detour off our route from Pittsburgh to Baltimore so I could eat here. I called ahead to make sure it was celiac safe and spoke with the manager, Ashley, who not only assured me that they have dedicated gluten-free kitchen space and a dedicated fryer for their tater tots and french fries, but she also told me they were getting low on gluten-free bread and she set aside two slices for me so they would still have it by the time we got there! I got a Montecristo sandwich and fries, and both were yummy. Their two gluten-free desserts today were strawberry upside down cake and raspberry crumble, and I got one of each to go.

Almost everything is GF. Staff very knowledgeable. Delish!!

We stopped in for breakfast and it was fantastic! The server let me know they have a dedicated fryer, GF cook top, and have GF bread for toast. I ended up getting the meat lovers scramble bowl and it was delicious. The wait staff was very friendly and welcoming.

LOVEEEE this place so much. i wish where i lived had a breakfast place like this. everything in the restaurant can be made gf except for the pancakes. try the french toast and scramble bowls they are SO yummy! they have a dedicated kitchen space for gf folks and the server is so incredibly kind and very knowledgeable about gluten free. they even have gf desserts like upside down peach cobbler 😍 i have eaten here a few times so far and have not gotten sick and i’m a very sensitive gf person!!

The server was very knowledgeable, we had 2 celiacs in our group and she repeated back the orders, correctly verifying the gluten allergy and meals. They were very clear about the gluten free orders when bringing them out. They have a separate cooking area/pans for gluten free! My daughter had the fruity pebbles GF french toast and loved it!! Plus a side of GF sausage that was delicious. Gluten free toast also. It was a great experience! They had two baked good options that were GF too. Neither of my celiacs had a reaction, yay!

I’ve eaten here many times. The staff is very aware of gluten and has family members who need a gluten free diet. They have a dedicated range and oven in the kitchen and utensils just for gluten free food. They also offer gf deserts.

The staff was beyond friendly, the baker came out and was speaking to us. She personally trained and educates all of her cooks on GF cooking. They not only have dedicated fryers, but an entire half of the kitchen dedicated to GF.

Amazing food. They are extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. They have a separate fryer, toaster, grill and prep space.

We had a Monte Cristo, Cobb Salad, and the Burger all gluten free. Gentleman at counter couldn't have been any nicer. Waitress was also great.

Staff is knowledgeable about celiac. Limited menu, but maintains a nice variety of food that can accommodate gluten free. Down home good tasting meals with reasonable pricing. Highly recommend a stop at Charlotte's Cafe.
