The staff here was very helpful. If they did not know the answer, they went and found someone who did. The made sure all of our food and drink was made safely. We had a lovely time here and would come back again.

This place used to be a lot better. They changed the menu and staff and it went through a rough patch with the gluten free but they’re starting to get their act together again. Be sure to double/triple check the meal isngluten free and the fries were in the dedicated fryer. They have two fryers, one for fries and other gluten free options and the other for non gf options. Sometimes one fryer breaks but they usually warn you of the situation.

Large gf menu. Server was very careful and knowledgable. Since I am on vacation I was hesitant to try the chips/fries - but I disorders the guac bacon burger on a gf bun with a salad. Sadly the bun didn't make it to my mouth, crumbled away. But even w out the bun the burger was great.

Was skeptical after reading the one negative review, but being in town on business and having already been glutened at the nearby Outback, we decided to give it a whirl. Card and guy on phone was not very helpful but it seemed like more of a language issue than lack of knowledge. Once he understood my issue he assured me that they had training and options. The manager came out and personally took our order, reviewed it carefully them went back to the kitchen to oversee proper preparation. Let me say, no-one got glutened and everything was delicious! My son got a barbecue cheeseburger with a gluten-free bun, I got the all-American burger with a gluten-free bun and my non-celiac older child got a regular burger. Everything was delicious and my son could even eat the french fries! Apparently they are revamping the entire menu and this is why the gluten free menu is no longer visible in the site. The manager (hector, I think?) was exceptional. If we are in town again we WILL go back!

Do not eat here if you're a Celiac. I called for takeout, on my way to the hotel ahead of the GF expo. The person taking my order was not at all informed about their GF procedures and gave me one word answers when I asked for assurances about their food prep. I ordered a salmon and fries, both of which were dry and super salty. To top it off, I don't believe they were GF as I was in agony right after eating.

We love this place. They cook food separately and we've never had problems. Nice to go to a place that has GF buns and you get to a eat a burgers just like everyone else.

Update: Sadly this place has closed. Shame

Best GF burger I've had in a long time! Service was a little slow but very friendly and the manager brought out our food to us! They have a separate frier for the fries and made sure to reassure us that they try their best to avoid cross contamination (however they do have a disclaimer stating that it is still a possibility) Over all it was amazing though, and we will be coming back!

UPDATE: THIS BUSINESS HAS CLOSED! The service was not good. Seemed like the table next to us had the same issue. Once your server left the table they were not to be seen again so you had to ask other servers. The manager brought my food out personally which made me feel safe because I get very nervous eating out. The food was safe for me that was the most important thing.

French fries in dedicated fryer. Eaten here successfully many times as a sensitive celiac.
