Review of The Cheesecake Factory

The food tasted great! I ordered a Hamburger and French fries, under the assurance it was gluten free and they even have a separate fryer for gluten safety.... GOT GLUTENED. I think they aren’t careful and I also think that when you say “Gluten Free - I am Gluten Allergic - I have Celiac” waiters think Gluten Free Preference, which is completely different than Gluten allergic, and they don’t care. Great food, just not safe.
