They only offer fries and gravy as a gluten free option but they have separate fryers and if you tell them you’re celiac they will tell the cooks and they wash their hands and area before completing your order.

Une vraie poutine! I can't express my delight and excitement at having a "real" poutine, and gluten free! The staff is very knowledgeable about Celiac. After washing hands and changing gloves, one person makes the poutine from start to finish to limit chances of contamination. Their fries are made in a dedicated fryer and their brown and bbq gravies are gluten free. I've had the brown gravy and it is delicious. It's piping hot too, which melts the curds. SOOOO GOOD!!!
