Review of Chez Lou Patate

Une vraie poutine! I can't express my delight and excitement at having a "real" poutine, and gluten free! The staff is very knowledgeable about Celiac. After washing hands and changing gloves, one person makes the poutine from start to finish to limit chances of contamination. Their fries are made in a dedicated fryer and their brown and bbq gravies are gluten free. I've had the brown gravy and it is delicious. It's piping hot too, which melts the curds. SOOOO GOOD!!!
