Very nice spot for upscale casual! No dedicated GF kitchen and on asking at front on arrival was told it’s a busy kitchen and no guarantee that Cross contamination will not occur. Was then told they make a delicious homemade GF bread and do have those with celiac as return customers. I took the chance for Sunday brunch and was so glad! Had a vegetarian sandwich on the GF bread with side of GF rosemary chips and it was delicious. Server was great and knowledgeable but no GF notes on menu. Waited overnight for review and I’ve not reacted.

Fantastic spot, eaten here several times with no issue. The servers are knowledgeable and their are plenty of options for celiac diners. The food is really good. A Kingston gem.

Very good meal and a great atmosphere. Our server seemed knowledgeable and confirmed with the kitchen where there were questions. No items marked GF but was able to pick out a few entrees that could be done GF.

Lots of lunch options (salads, a few apps, sandwiches with GF bread). I had the Club sandwich on the GF pumpernickel bread and it was delicious. Staff was knowledgeable about the options, and they had one new menu item that she went to confirm how they fried it. Only complaint was that the bread on my sandwich didn’t really hold together very well (untoasted) but I was still able to enjoy it

Decent lunch options (salads, burger, one pasta dish, other items) and GF bread available for extra charge. Fun patio and knowledgeable waitstaff.

I love the restaurant and enjoyed a delicious gluten and dairy free meal on the patio! Lots of gluten free options and staff were very careful in avoiding cross contamination. I ordered a Club Sandwich which came on Pan Chanco gluten free pumpernickel bread that was delicious and did not fall apart! Definitely will be eating here again as the food was so good and they have such a nice patio atmosphere! UPDATE: Returned here for dinner and was totally unimpressed with their options. my only option was rice spaghetti noodles with olive oil and a couple cherry tomatoes. It tasted awful and I ended up paying almost $20 for it. Would recommend for lunch but NOT for a gluten free dinner. So disappointed!

Amazing bakery and also there's a cafe out the back too. Spoilt for choice with both glutenfree cakes/ cookies/ scones/ breads/ sandwiches as well as wheat flour "normal" goodies. For both take out and eat in.
