Man, I really wanted to give them 5 stars because of the amazing service, but I got glutened. I was nervous to try them out because the location in Jordan Landing said nothing was safe. But here at Taylorsville, they smiled and said they could handle it. I was really nervous about the fries and asked more than once to make sure it was dedicated and only fries were made in the oil. The employee said something about the chicken being fried in canola and the fries being fried in peanut oil, so they’re separate. I was nervous but tried it out. They red flagged my gluten issue in the system (haha, although it printed as a “glutan” allergy), and the employee smiled and said she thought they changed gloves. The bun came in its wrapper separate from the grilled chicken (I’ll include photos), and all the fries came together in one bag (even for non-gf orders). They were so friendly, there was a play area for the kids, and one employee walked around asking if we needed anything and handed out mints. They got my husband a refill and one employee happily offered to fish my daughter’s socks out of a locked area of the play area when she lost them. I was so pleased with the service that I said I’d definitely give them 5 stars as long as I didn’t get sick. But later that night, I had burning in my abdomen and gas that I hoped was just indigestion from fried food. But the abdomen pain got worse over the next few days and I realized I must’ve been glutened. I’m so sad because the whole experience was wonderful, but I don’t dare risk going back.
