Don’t bother. The menu says all BBQ plates are GF but the people behind the counter are clueless. They didn’t have any idea about things being GF or that anything on the menu supposedly is.
Besides the likely gluten contamination, the food itself was not good. Nothing is made in the actually BBQ sauce (which is not GF) and is just all very poorly made and prepared.

Meats, BBQ sauce, chili, salad are gf. Corn bread is not, anything fried is cross contaminated.

The cashier was informed on what was GF and what was not, but customer service need a lot of work. Most of the menu was out of stock so the only option we could have was the fish tacos. When the cashier went to the line to tell the cook that the order is GF with an allergy-the cook said " we close in 3 minutes I'm not washing my hands changing gloves or wiping anything down, just tell them the risk is high and offer a refund" . We understand that there is always a risk. All we ask is the bare minimum , sanitize your station , wash your hands, change gloves. Everything the cook refused to do. Even if we came 5 hours to close I would not risk eating at this location. Another member in our party got sick right after eating. I have not had this issue at any other location- they blatantly did not care of respect the people they are serving .
