This was delicious! All meat is gf and the bbq sauce. Slaw was yummy and rice. A basic traditional bbq. The chicken was so flavorful even without bbq sauce. I’m so glad we went here!

Friendly staff and knowledgeable on gluten. We enjoyed the sampler, rib plate, and more chicken and ribs. All the meat was amazing and their coleslaw was excellent.

Friendly service and delicious food. Nice outdoor setup/grill. The BBQ sauce was yummy. The Rotisserie chicken hit the spot. Generous portions. Staff was not the most knowledgeable but they were happy to meet our celiac-safe needs.

My daughter has celiac and loved the chicken! All the food was great.

This was easily one of our favorites while in Hawaii! All meats are GF and my husband (celiac) and I shared the sampler platter with the chili and rice. When we asked about the sauces to confirm, they pulled out the giant tub of it and while the ingredients were fine, it did say "processed in a facility that also processes wheat" so we avoided it out of an abundance of caution. Honestly the meat has so much flavor it doesn't need it!

Great place for gluten free food. Their chicken and baby back ribs are amazing and gluten free. Served with brown rice and a gf chili. No problems for a celiac. Very good BBQ, too.

Fast service and excellent food! My husband and I shared the sample platter and enjoyed every bite. We made it a goal to not repeat restaurant on our trip, but it we were to return somewhere this would be on our list.

Husband and I shared the sampler platter, avoided the chili because they weren't sure if it was GF, had the coleslaw instead and we were pleasantly happy with that! Their hot sauce is amazing and their meat has the perfect amount of smoke flavour to it.

On another visit I had their chicken tacos, super good and a good size, I was full with one taco.

I never got sick and customer service was very helpful.

Their breads including their well known cornbread and french fries are not GF

The bbq was delicious. I had the sampler platter with pork, beef, chicken & 1 rib. The 3 stars were because it was so yummy but I substituted the salad for the chili bc the chef wasn’t sure if it was gf or not. I didn’t end up eating the salad & put it in a to go box only to find a whole crouton & crumbs in the salad. I didn’t get sick eating the meat/sauce/rice but definitely avoid the salad if you are celiac!

No safe fries or bun substitution available but all sauces & smoked meats are delicious & safe. Ensure salads are made without croutons & not just picked off the top if made wrong...that happened a couple of times.

These guys know what they are doing. The ribs and chicken were both done perfectly. Not overdone, not over smoked and with the just right chew. The sauces were damn fine. Best of all GF. From the most sensitive celiac on earth.

The half chicken was EXCELLENT. Almost all the meat is GF, as well as the sauces! Also awesome for regular eaters - my gluten-full husband said that the pork burrito was the best he’s ever had...and he’s eaten a lot of burritos.

We went for lunch and I had the quarter chicken with the Hawaiian slaw and chili. Chili was just ok and not really satisfying as it was hot outside. The slaw was super yummy and I loved that the BBQ sauce was GF also! Great meal.

It was so good! The girl who helped us was super nice, and seemed very knowledgeable. We shared the Chicken for Two and it was a ton of delicious food! Very tender, unique and yummy....and quick!!

Really good!!!!!! They have such good food! The guy knew what was in what and what I could and couldn't have as soon as I told him my allergies. They were nice and plain ole good people. Chicken was my absolute personal favorite with one of their barbeuq sauces. So. Good.

Ended up not eating here. Stood and watched the worker for a few minutes. He wore no gloves and touched all the food. Saw him put buns on plates. He put chicken on buns with tongs but then touched each one with bare fingers to push down into bun. Gluten or not, sanitary comes first in my book.

Great eats. The ribs were excellent, but out of chicken the night we tried there. I will try for some chicken before I go. The bbq sauce is amazing. Update: went back....got the chicken plate! Amazing!!!!

Best BBQ I have had in awhile and the person working there has Celiac Disease and made the BBQ, sauces and sides himself, all GF. They did have other sides and cornbread that was not GF but it all looked seperated and pre-wrapped.

All of their barbecue is gluten free, except for possibly the sauce, which is served separately. I didn't want to risk getting sick on my vacation, so I skipped the sauce, but the food was delicious without it. I got the sampler plate, with extra brown rice because I didn't want to have to go through the hassle of grilling them on every ingredient in their beans. They seem to be knowledgeable about cross contamination, and I didn't get sick even though they do serve gluten-containing foods like hamburgers. It was so good we went back again two days later! I'm not used to being able to eat at restaurants that aren't fully gluten-free, so this was a very nice surprise!

Delicious and safe!!! Extremely reasonable priced. The only non-gluten free items are individually wrapped...except for the rolls for sandwiches. They are very aware of cross contamination and take precautions. I can't say enough about the delicious food.

Phenomenal and flavorful GF BBQ! The staff is very accommodating and careful when you mention your celiac or gluten allergy. I believe all of their flavors of BBQ are GF- so you get to try them all! You get a lot for the price here, so come hungry and in the mood for meat. Also, it is in a nice location in Kapaa, right on the board walk--so you can walk off your meat sweats after.
