This was easily one of our favorites while in Hawaii! All meats are GF and my husband (celiac) and I shared the sampler platter with the chili and rice. When we asked about the sauces to confirm, they pulled out the giant tub of it and while the ingredients were fine, it did say "processed in a facility that also processes wheat" so we avoided it out of an abundance of caution. Honestly the meat has so much flavor it doesn't need it!
