I’ve always loved eating at Chicken Salad Chick due to their variety of gluten free options. However, the last three times I went there I had a pretty severe gluten attack. Once was in Atlanta when we were leaving a doctor’s appointment. The orher two times were at the Chattanooga location. I ordrred the sane thing (Trio-Sassy Scotty, Barbie-Q, and Classic Carol) without crackers. I’ve eatten there prior to these incidents so I dont know if they changed the recipe or what. Just be aware.

They seem to be somewhat knowledgeable about celiac and allergies. They will give you an allergen list, but only if you ask! I have attached the one I got today, but of course check for updates or differences in location. I got it to go so received a gluten filled cookie I couldn’t have in my to go box (my husband will be delighted!), but it was individually wrapped and the server double checked that I didn’t want any crackers (would have been individually wrapped as well). If you are getting to eat in I would triple check that they do not add gluten items to your plate.

Just okay. The cashier refused to tell me what was in the salad ("you'll like it," she said) so it arrived covered in cheese (I'm LI too) and wasn't the one I ordered anyway (buffalo and cranberries, not great a great mix). Plate had crackers and a cookie on it. Pretty clueless about allergies.

Very good food and was not contaminated! There are many options available as gluten free. However, the serving sizes are fairly small compared to my expectation. Just a heads up to get an extra side or a second scoop! :)

Wonderful chicken salads of various Falcons and sides. When I told them I had a gluten allergy, the cashier instructed the kitchen staff to change gloves and wipe down the area prior to preparing my plate. I had the trio plate with NO bread or crackers. I got the tangy and oniony Dixie Chick and the sweet pickle Old Southern with fresh fruit salad. Very fast service.

Plenty of gluten free options! And you can ask for their allergen menu, they keep it behind the register. Quickly let me identify what on their menu is gluten free. At the time of writing this all their chicken salad scoops are gf and they have several side options too!

Went there for the first time today and got the gluten free wrap and the barbie Q chicken salad. Within 2 hours I was sick. I won’t be back.

I love a chicken salad chick! Same as all the other locations, but all gf items are marked on the main menu and most if not all chicken salad is gf as well as some other options. The staff was friendly and food was good!

Chicken Salad Chick has many GF options, and just recently introduced the GF wrap which I have had twice. It is really good.

Delicious! They have GF wraps. The staff even showed me the actual bag the wraps were packaged in, clearly labeled as GF, since it was not listed on the menu. Love coming here!
