I always loved Chili’s, until I just couldn’t do it anymore. My wife said that Chili’s had changed their GF menu. So, we decided to have dinner early and were seated quickly. We all had chicken Fajitas w/ corn tortillas. All came out separately, some were sizzling and some were not. Some were charred and others were also NOT. I Felt very “uneasy” after eating. They did try but we all know about “good intentions”. The waitress seemed knowledgeable about GF, and told us that if it was an allergy we should be ok but if it was celiac that there would be problems, due to cross contamination. There were problems.

Not my favorite place! They TRY really hard but I get sick every time I go there........ So o don't attempt to eat there any more.
So I have Lupus and I’ve developed a new problem… Gluten! I didn’t have time to cook yesterday so we tried Chili’s. I looked up the GF menu. Easy and printable! I ordered the Guiltless Margarita Chicken with a side salad, Citrus Balsamic Vinaigrette. So good! I did eat some chips (I couldn’t help myself) which probably explains why my skin is all itchy today. I give Chili’s a 👍🏻

The allergen information can be found on the tablets. My celiac partner and I had no issue eating here after we informed the serves of our allergies. Food was not bad.
