I was diagnosed with celiac 10 years ago. I have never eaten at a Chili’s restaurant before, this was to be the first time. Appeared to be a safe choice based on the reviews in “Find me GF”. My wife and I walked in and were greeted by the hostess. As the hostess was grabbing the menus to seat us, I asked for a gluten-free menu. Her response was, “A what?”. I repeated my request for a gluten-free menu, she said “I don’t know anything about that, you’ll have to ask somebody else”. She sat us in a booth and said our server it would be right with us. Looking over the menu I saw nothing on it that indicated whether anything was gluten-free or not. My wife is also looking over the menu with the same puzzled look on her face that I had. I grab my phone and went to the Chilies website to review their GF menu. There they listed gluten-free options like baby back ribs without any sides, a hamburger without a bun... They also mentioned that the kitchen was not gluten-free, the grill and the fryers were shared with items that were not gluten-free. This was not a safe restaurant for somebody with celiac disease. So after my wife and I were sitting there for five minutes with no sign of a server, I decided to bail and we left the restaurant.

the server was very accommodating! I have celiac disease, and she helped me go through the menu and told me which had gluten and which did not!
I am so happy with this restaurant. I have Celiac Disease and they are very accommodating. I went here for Veterans Day and the staff was wonderful. They made my free meal Gluten free for me and even double checked on how I was doing. I go here when I need a great meal.

Many gluten free options available, all of which are very good. Staff seems knowledgeable and careful about cross-contamination.
They have a great GF menu! I've eaten here about six times from this menu and have never once felt ill after. The southwestern chicken soup is the BEST gf soup I've had. In fact I go there and purchase bowls of it to keep at home! I'm not a burger person but their burgers are delicious! This is probably f my #1 choice to eat at for GF friendly restaurants!
So I have Lupus and I’ve developed a new problem… Gluten! I didn’t have time to cook yesterday so we tried Chili’s. I looked up the GF menu. Easy and printable! I ordered the Guiltless Margarita Chicken with a side salad, Citrus Balsamic Vinaigrette. So good! I did eat some chips (I couldn’t help myself) which probably explains why my skin is all itchy today. I give Chili’s a 👍🏻
