Great service came to table with allergen chart easy to read and making eating her safely. Manager came to check on us. Felt good with no issues afterwards. Would recommend to anyone looking for a different spot for dinner.

I had many questions about cross contamination and the inherent dangers of a buffet and I was very nervous about eating there. Manager Tyler was extremely helpful. He made sure I had a steak cooked just for me and they offered a gluten free/allergen menu to check the sides and buffet items. Management checked on us several times to make sure all was well. Thanks again to the staff who went above and beyond on Christmas Day.

Lots of GF salad bar and meat options. Since this an all you care to eat affair, they give you a card that lists what salad bar and meat items are safe. You will not feel like you are missing out at all, as most items are GF. GF dessert options are great also, if you have any room left in your stomach! Cheese bites and mashed potatoes are amazing!

Staff was really knowledgeable and brought me out a little paper with everything that I could eat. The cheese puffs are also AMAZING.
Staff was knowledgeable. Lots of options and they gave me a menu to know what meats and which items on the salad bar were GF. Be careful sometimes they served GF meats with not GF meats (so they offered me bacon wrapped chicken which was GF but on the skewer next to the chicken was sausage that wasn’t GF) so I had to wait until the chicken came by on its own. They have GF cheddar biscuits and GF desserts. Just be careful with the salad bar and cross contamination if you are very sensitive.
Be careful at the buffet style salad bar but waiters are knowledgeable and there are lots of options. I've eaten here 3 times and have never been "glutened". The cheese puff rolls are amazing!!! Make sure you go in with an empty belly!
Great GF menu! Even have gf mini cheese rolls!

Not safe for Celiacs. Everything is buffet style and family style except for the meats. Lots of opportunity for cross contamination. I got really really sick. I shouldn't have even chanced it :(

Great food and they bring you a sheet with all allergy information.

Celiac Friendly and Welcoming Service and food was good. One guest is celiac and all staff, including the chef, came to the table to ensure all was proper. Beautiful and energetic ambiance. Great crowd and it was filled. We used to live a block from the first Chima in Ft. Lauderdale and have many great memories from eating there. This location is larger and has maintained the variety of food selection, good service model, and excitement of the restaurant. Wish it wasn’t so far out in Tysons Corner, but it appears management is growing slowly and organically and preserving the special touches. Congrats on your discipline. Don’t change.

Food has always been good over the years. However, this is the first time being back since diag of celiac. Called restaurant ahead and they offered and sent me a list of GF items by email. Hosts, server, and “chefs” were very aware of cross contamination. Server (Fabio) walked me around salad bar and highlighted gluten items. He knew the main courses and deserts, too. I have had no negative impacts from the dinner. We will return. 👍🏻

A great Brazilian steakhouse. We made an online reservation and put a note that I cannot eat gluten. Upon arriving, they asked if we’d like a print out of the allergy information so I was aware of the items on the salad bar that are GF. The chef also came out and told us that the Cajun Ribeye and the lamb are not gluten free. He also said the sausages are made out of house and they cannot guarantee they are gluten free. Besides those 3 items, all of the meats are gluten free! Really nice experience and quality food.

Gluten free needed to be managed by me via using the official website, because staff was fairly clueless. Salad bar is not nearly as good as Texas De Brazil. Service overall was so bad, we left without paying a dime. As far as rating for GF. I was not overly concerned with the food, because it is mostly naturally GF, but for the money.. not good
