Standard Chipotle choices. Delicious burrito bowls and salads.

Chipotle food is delicious and great for GF eaters. It's also great that they recently eliminated GMO foods from their stores. The only bad thing about this store is that it's very busy (long lines). We need more Chipotles in the south metro.
Chipotle sure does a great job...as soon as I mentioned I have celiac, the young woman tossed her gloves away, walked to wash station and washed hands (even forearms) and put on clean gloves. Made my meal start-to-finish, as is their practice. Crispy tacos made with my choices...used clean plastic to add my guac. We've eaten here a number of times and decided to add a review because food is always good, staff very friendly and knowledgeable.
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
They person behind the counter happily switched gloves when asked and made my tacos neatly. I liked the chicken better than the steak, which I found to be too chewy. Corn shells fragile, but tasty. Love that there are fresh limes to put in beverages. : )
The only thing you need to avoid if the burrito wrap. Get a ckn bowl and it's the best
I appreciate their variety of gluten free options. My daughter complains about the beans being spicy but she’s just a picky eater overall. She does enjoy the rice, queso, chicken, chips, etc. I like that I can get her a full kids meal here.

A manger is celiac and makes an effort however there is a lot of cross contamination and any type of veggie will have gluten contamination because the quesadillas are cut on the same cutting boards all veggies are cut on with minimal sanitizing and no discretion of which one is veggies only

Yikes. I've seen some Chipotle's that are fairly safe but today was not it. The server knew what cross contamination was, and she changed gloves, washed her hands, wiped down the counter, but while she was wiping everything down crumbs were falling back into the bins, and I was watching them serve before hand and the ladles would brush right against the tortillas before going back into the containers. It was probably right after the rush too. Didn't even bother ordering because I knew I'd be sick.
