The servers will change their gloves if you ask them to :)

Staff washes hands and changes gloves and wipes down the line after telling them you are gluten free. New spoons added to the foods you choose and will get cheese from fresh container. Staff is always willing to make it safe and is courteous about it. They are also great with my son’s anaphylactic food allergies.

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Ok product, horrible customer service!! Had one guy making food, one guy at the register and four people in the back not helping out. Plus there was a line behind me of about 10 other people.

First time I have ever been to a Chipotle that didn't understand what to when someone has allergy.
only problem is that they place the tortillas on the shared warmer...
I eat here often and have never had a problem. I always get a bowl and it's always delicious.
I appreciate their variety of gluten free options. My daughter complains about the beans being spicy but she’s just a picky eater overall. She does enjoy the rice, queso, chicken, chips, etc. I like that I can get her a full kids meal here.

A manger is celiac and makes an effort however there is a lot of cross contamination and any type of veggie will have gluten contamination because the quesadillas are cut on the same cutting boards all veggies are cut on with minimal sanitizing and no discretion of which one is veggies only

Yikes. I've seen some Chipotle's that are fairly safe but today was not it. The server knew what cross contamination was, and she changed gloves, washed her hands, wiped down the counter, but while she was wiping everything down crumbs were falling back into the bins, and I was watching them serve before hand and the ladles would brush right against the tortillas before going back into the containers. It was probably right after the rush too. Didn't even bother ordering because I knew I'd be sick.

Not celiac level gluten free friendly, unable to get food from the back and don’t really understand cross contamination!
