Really accommodating of my coeliac disease, server washed their hands and changed their gloves before preparing the bowl, and I kept the same server. Appeared knowledgeable about needing to maintain GF.

Please don't eat here. I was SO Happy to find chipotles are HERE and are supposedly safe for GF - because I eat at Chipotle in the US ALL THE TIME as a celiac / lactose intolerant with really no problems at all. I mean it's not health food, so there's that, but in terms of not getting cross contamination I talk to the servers before hand about my allergies and I watch them make the food etc. I went through the Same drill here in London and it even smells the same! I was fine while eating the food, but shortly after, including all night and the next day, very unwell, including a horrible reaction I will not go into detail, definitely was the food from Chipotle. I will never eat at a chipotle in the UK again, horrible.

Staff are helpful regarding celiac and though they changed gloves AND went into the cooler to use fresh cheese not on the production line, I still got cross-contaminated somehow. I steer clear now of any of these style quick, fresh, food places - without an entirely separate area and ingredients, they just can't ensure no gluten contamination.

Staff was helpful and changed their gloves to make my plate up without me asking. I didn’t have any reaction so I’d say celiac friendly.

Yes

The burrito fillings are all gluten free. The staff are pretty good at advising what you can and can't have. Just stay away from the flour tortillas and you'll be alright. However it's a fast process, the staff are in a hurry, and contamination is a big risk.
