If you tell them you are GF for medical reasons, they'll change gloves and get ingredients from the back. Be sure to tell them you need ingredients from the back. I've observed flour tortillas hanging into the regular ingredients on their assembly line. Also their serving spoons touch the flour tortillas. You can get a salad or bowl here.
