sometimes they're careful, sometimes they're not. went with my dad and brother, my brother went thru the line and went after home and i asked for gluten free, when they went to wash their hand an change gloves, my brother was at the register and listened to the worker at the very end of the line and the worker at the register complain about "omg gluten free was just invented yesterday" and "no one is actually allergic to gluten and she's just following trends" i didn't hear this, but i was pissed when my brother called the manager over and heard it for the first time with the manager standing there and then did nothing about it.. i informed them that i've had celiac since 2008, just disrespectful.
Great option for two celiac daughters. They are typically accommodating. Very long lines!!! Never had an issue. Looking forward to the one in Rosemount to open!

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Hit-n-miss. Sometimes careful about gluten, sometimes not. Sometimes decent sized portions, sometimes not. Sometimes happy to wash hands/switch gloves, sometimes not. Sometimes I get sick. Sometimes I don't.
Awesome experience. Before serving workers made sure to wash hands and change gloves. Good food. Had the kids taco platter.
I eat here once a week. Have never gotten such and they are very accommodating. Only thing not gluten free is the tortillas so not much worry for cross contamination if you ask them to change their gloves.
Great customer service for my allergies!! Knew exactly how to handle any potential cross contamination issues.
many, many options!!
Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
