I cannot eat here without getting cross contamination. Yes, they will change their gloves, but they are pulling food like shredded cheese out of the same bins that they previously stuck gloves that have touched flour tortillas in. The manager tried to pull new ingredients from the back for me which was very much appreciated, but there's some ingredients that they can't pull from the back. I got sick everytime I tried to eat there.

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
The only thing with gluten is their flour tortillas!

Store changes gloves when you ask them. Food is good and shells are gluten free.

Not gluten free friendly unable to get food from the back and do not really understand cross contamination!

Chipotle always handles allergies with care. They change their gloves, opened new prepped containers of toppings and so nice when doing so. Chipotle is old faithful. For this I am grateful.

I have had celiac for 7 years and have only been eating out for a couple years now. I was blown away by how amazing the service was at this establishment. Two young men filled my order. They both took off their gloves without being asked and attempted to wash their hands (even though there was a long line behind me). I politely stopped them and said changing their gloves was sufficient. Then one of them went to the back and came out with fresh bins of lettuce and cheese to finish my order. I was highly impressed by how knowledgeable they were about cross contamination and the steps they took to keep me safe. I inquired about a tip jar and they said they are not allowed to take tips. When they handed me the food I threw ten dollars down anyway. By far, the best experience I've had getting take out!!!

They were very accommodating! They asked if I needed them to change utensils/gloves or wipe counter tops. And I had no reactions! Very happy with their service! I am gluten free, dairy free, nut free, corn free, etc. i am recently diagnosed celiac and am sensitive to cross contamination.

Did not eat here. Place was a mess, no one knew what gluten was, let alone if they could do it. Did NOT leave me feeling confident, so took my business elsewhere.
