"If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."

    Most everything on the menu is gluten free already, which is nice. However the corn tortillas made me sick, cross contamination?

    When I told them my son had Celiac and couldn't have any gluten they were awesome. 2 of the line workers stopped, removed their gloves, scrubbed their hands and forearms, put new gloves on and proceeded to make my sons order. Used tin foil to wrap the corn tortillas in to heat up, nothing ever touched the counter or anything where cross contamination could happen. They truly were great about it. I only gave it a 4 star though cause one girl at the register was not very happy about the hold up it caused. But as far as the precautions they get 5 stars.
