Not one of the best Chipotles I've been to... Had to ask for the kids meals as they aren't on the menu. The server wasn't too thrilled that I asked questions about the kids' quesadillas (8pm on a Saturday night and we were holding up the line). Asked if she could change her gloves, she did, but then helped her coworker by putting the flour tortillas on the griddle. Had to ask her to change her gloves a second time. The cashier was the only helpful person - he went to check that the kids meal chips were made with the corn tortillas (they are). He was very nice and helpful.
Super sensitive to my needs and to cross contamination! New gloves, washed hands, new utensils to serve things.... And delicious! Awesome experience here.
Pretty much everything is gluten free, but there is some cross contamination. Ask the workers to change their gloves! Overall, a great choice. It's really tasty.
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
I would consider this fast food, but I was a bit surprised by the quality of the food. The chicken was moist and not dry and over cooked as well as the rice. The burrito bowl comes with cilantro-lime rice that was well cooked and with good flavor. The chips were not seasoned to my liking and the hot salsa was not hot enough, but these are minor oversights.
Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
