Chipotle may be fine for Celiacs, but I am skeptical of this location. Staff seemed confused when I mentioned Celiac, gluten allergy, and even being allergic to flour. Workers were impatient and more focused on moving the (one-person! They could have gone around!) line ahead. First staffer I interacted with did a glove change only when I asked, and then immediately rested her hand on a stack of flour tortillas while waiting for my order, then touched the inside of the bowl for me with the flour tortilla hand.
Just go across the street to Rasa - the food tastes better and your stress will be much lower.
