Lady laughed at me when I asked her to change her gloves and another goes “there’s no gluten here”. Not safe.

Asked them to change gloves and then touched a tortilla. They touched the rice and a tortilla then tried to put in bowl. Do not eat here, not safe.

Serious cross contamination issues.
No
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
the staff was terrible. they kept touching things and then telling me it was ok they has just touched a tortilla before they touched my food. would not go here. if you are stuck at the airport the silver diner or Vino Volo is a much better choice.
I love Chipotle, and it kills me to say this is the second really bad experience I've had. The staff just didn't care about anything. They didn't care about the customers and were to busy doing just about nothing to help the people in line and there was trash all over the shared dining area and more importantly, the customer side of the Chipotle counter. I tried to tell them I had an allergy and was mostly ignored.
I'm also sad to report that I got very, very sick again. I will not be eating here again. It's too bad because there aren't many options at BWI for me.

At Chipotle the only gluten ingredient is the flour tortilla. You can get corn tortillas or a salad bowl. You can ask the server to change their gloves and use new utensils, but the tortilla warmer could be an issue for some. When we were there it was very busy and the employees were disgruntled. The food was bland.
Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
