We stop at this Chipotle all the time. Delicious and my celiac daughter hasn't experienced any reactions.

I love eating at Chipotle's! I always get a bowl,, the chips, and one of their lemonades on tap. I am usually more sensitive than most Celiac friends. I don't usually have an issue here, BUT I ALWAYS have to coach the worker to do more than simply wash hands, change gloves, and get a new bin of rice because I've watched employees tap the spoon on the tortilla and put the spoon back into the tub (cross contamination). To be fair, I try to go to the restaurant between busy times to avoid the backup of customers.
Like most places that offer gluten free and do a good job at first, they must get lazy at training new people, because I'm doing much more coaching these days - so be prepared to ask for what you need. They are accommodating, most times without an attitude.

First time going here today and I just said mine needs to be gkuten free. The guy immediately went and washed his hands and changed gloves. He was very nice about it too even though it was busy. He followed me through the line rather than hand it off to the next guy. Very good, felt safe...
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Great menu. Workers change their gloves for gluten free requests. Menu is clear as to what has gluten.

Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
