The GF Chocolate Chip, Pecan, and Coconut Pancakes were absolutely delicious. The Build Your Own Omelette was also delicious and very filling. The service was quick and very friendly. Definitely recommend!

Great gluten-free food. The server was aware of allergy needs. Had homemade corn beef hash and gluten-free pancakes. Highly recommend!

You can get most any of the pancakes gluten free! I had cinnamon bun pancakes and did not get sick. There could be more marking on other menu BUT my main thing is pancakes so I was happy with that. Plate comes out different and they are knowledgeable on what else you can get besides pancakes.

They had a wide variety of breakfast foods. I got the pancakes and eggs. The pancake and the scrambled eggs were very good. The manager came out and informed me that the grill was cleaned. I would definitely come back again!

Gluten free pancakes are delicious and they are very knowledgeable about cross contamination. I've eaten here many times and have never had an incident. Also, they now serve wine with dinner at the very reasonable $4/glass. :)

The staff was knowledgeable and the manager followed up to assure us we were in good hands. Not to mention the food was great. I will definitely be returning here!

First time I have had pancakes in two years! Wonderful place! Washed the grill and utensils before cooking my food! Will definitely come back here!!

Excellent chocolate chip pancakes that my 12yo celiac son enjoyed! Manager came over to table to explain how pancakes are cooked and assured us he would personally speak to chef about our order. I would definitely go back again!

Not for celiac. They cook everything on the same griller. Waiter wasn’t aware of gluten cross contamination

Definitely deserve their rating as best pancakes in CT, including GF. Don’t be turned off by price of add-ins, quantity is generous.

They say it’s gluten free and promise they are doing everything right, but I was absolutely glutened at this location. Maybe Chips in general is safe, but not this restaurant.

Poor experience at this Chips restaurant and we have visited several others in the state with never an issue. My daughter ordered gluten free Cinnabon pancakes explaining she needs food to be gluten free as well as hash browns and bacon. I should have known better when I asked for cream for my ice coffee and the waitress never brought it. When she put down pancakes and I had inquired again if gluten free she assured me they were. They in fact were NOT!!! Not fun to have to sit by your child and hold her hair back because she was GLUTENED!!!
