They say it’s gluten free and promise they are doing everything right, but I was absolutely glutened at this location. Maybe Chips in general is safe, but not this restaurant.

Poor experience at this Chips restaurant and we have visited several others in the state with never an issue. My daughter ordered gluten free Cinnabon pancakes explaining she needs food to be gluten free as well as hash browns and bacon. I should have known better when I asked for cream for my ice coffee and the waitress never brought it. When she put down pancakes and I had inquired again if gluten free she assured me they were. They in fact were NOT!!! Not fun to have to sit by your child and hold her hair back because she was GLUTENED!!!

BEST GF PANCAKES!!!! Had many good options and were very good about gluten free!! very flexible and willing to change some things to meet your needs

This place is amazing! Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful when it comes to gluten free. I highly recommend this place and we’ll be back for sure if we’re ever back in the area.

Gluten free pancakes were wonderful, the service was a bit spotty, but they were super busy! overall a positive experience.

Loved the pancakes. Stayed with safe toppings such as macadamia nuts and strawberries. Not sure if chips (white, Peanut butter, chocolate are GF). The breakfast potatoe skins were not very good. Hard edges on the potatoe, overcooked eggs, bland and the cut up fruit was tasteless. The salsa is a bit spicy but good if you like that sport of thing. Coffee rather weak. Service was friendly and attentive.

Great Gluten Free pancakes, friendly service. You will always leave happy and content.

I got sick from the pancakes, either because they were not gluten free or because they were underdone or both. The regular menu items are good but you just have to eat around things like usual. Waiters have no understanding of a gluten allergy.

Love the gluten-free pancakes, especially because they'll do all their pancake menu options with the gf flour mix.

Good breakfast-type food.

Ordered eggs, toast, home fries. They have udi’s bread! The manager came over and asked if I was celiac and made sure the kitchen knew it was an allergy and I feel good so far!
