Review of Chopsticks Asian Bistro

This is the first and only gluten free Chinese food I have found... and it was AMAZING. They have a dedicated fyer, use rice flour, and are highly knowledgeable of what sauces contain gluten. Almost anything can be made gluten free. I had the general taos chicken and sushi. Staff very knowledgeable.
