Used to love this place and be able to get general Tsao’s Chicken with no reaction, but I had a reaction the last two times I have gotten it. I will not be getting anything fried as they now no longer have a dedicated gluten free fryer, which is a shame. It was so nice to be able to have gluten free fried Chinese food. Their gluten free chicken lettuce wraps are still good though.

We stopped in because of the reviews. One of them said there was a dedicated frier. There is not a dedicated frier. Most of their menu can be made gf which is extremely disappointing that they don’t have a dedicated frier…. So unless you don’t have an allergy or don’t get anything fried I wouldn’t go here….

GF and server and staff know what’s GF and not and what can be made GF or not
However they do NOT have a dedicated frier
She mentioned that “The health dept told them that they could fry things and the heat would destroy the gluten” but for sensitive people to let them know
The food was delicious. Got sushi and orange chicken and edamame

This is the first and only gluten free Chinese food I have found... and it was AMAZING. They have a dedicated fyer, use rice flour, and are highly knowledgeable of what sauces contain gluten. Almost anything can be made gluten free. I had the general taos chicken and sushi. Staff very knowledgeable.

New Asian restaurant. I have been here twice since it opened and it is delicious! Most things can be made gluten free.
