Explained I had celiacs and they said no problem but was still glutened. You will need to remind them to use separate sauce for noodles and swap gloves.

The pizza crust was awful, hard like concrete and I couldn’t even cut it with a knife. I had to crack the pizza into pieces and a $5 upcharge for a personal size pizza. No one mentioned a cauliflower crust or the extreme charge for GF. I won’t be back.

Gluten free pizza and pasta. Its decent and convenient. I believe there is a shared cooking surface for pizza, but we are very sensitive and have not had a reaction.

The entire staff is very knowledgeable with GF. No separate menu but the majority of it can be modified. They have a cauliflower and gf crust for the pizza, I had the cauliflower. Pizza gets its own pan and the oven is scraped. The chef changes and cleans all utensils and surfaces before prepping. I was nervous and apprehensive (always am with going out to eat) but I did not get sick or experience any issues. Highly recommended. Please note, they do make pizza crust onsite.

Pizza was very good. Server was great and knew all about GF. If we are ever back in Green Lake we will eat here again

One of the best GF pizzas I've ever had.
Staff was knowledgeable. They were even able to offer dairy free options.

Had the GF Shrimp Primavera and it was FABULOUS!! I kept thinking that there was no way it was GF but it was. I will go back again without a doubt. The price was reasonable and the serving size was well worth it.

Excellent pizza. Would have liked to see them also offer GF beer.
Very good GF pizza! Would recommend it. They also offer GF pasta.
Best gluten free pizza!
Pricey for the area but excellent food and service. Decent selections.

Gluten free pizza crust made fresh on site. May want to call ahead because they said they sometimes run out. Thin crust, maybe a little on the crispy side, but that may be because they are made in a brick oven, but very tasty. They also have gf pasta, but we didn't try that. We will definitely go back!

I was amazed! So good my husband asked me to stop saying "mmmm" after each bite! Crust was tasty, crunchy on bottom and edges but also soft. Not your usual cardboard tasting crust. Wish I could get this in Madison WI! Will you deliver?
Yes
excellent homemade pizza. my friends order the gf version b/c it tastes so good.
Came here for the first time and it was fantastic! I informed them of my allergies and they confirmed they cook GF pizza in a different oven. The pizza came out very quickly and tasted SO good; BUT I got sick afterwards 🙁 I wondered if it was a fluke so we came back a few weeks later and I got sick again. Not sure what the issue is but I’m very disappointed

The restaurant has a gluten free crust, separate dedicated gluten free oven, and changes gloves/ingredients to prevent cross-contamination. The only thing they could improve upon is having the box marked as GF, although it’s fairly obvious which crust is GF and which one is not. I’ve had great experiences so far!
