Christine’s has the largest (and most delicious) selection I’ve seen since my daughter was diagnosed four months ago. Owner goes to great lengths to ensures she can run a GF and gluten-containing bakery. Her processes for doing this are genius.

Finally went to Christine’s to try some sweets. The owner has Celiac, so I felt safe with everything I got. The carrot cake cupcake was amazing, as was the pb cookie and the cinnamon raisin bread. Can’t wait to go back!

Place is a slam dunk! Best cupcake I ate, tastes like a regular cupcake. And same thing with the sugar cookie. Delicious.

Outrageously expensive! A 10 inch cake was $50.00!!! The owner, whom has celiacs, surly knows that people with celiacs get taken advantage of with outrageous pricing. You would think she would be a little more reasonable. I don't mind paying more and understand why gluten free is more expensive, but come on $50.00 for a ten inch cake is ridiculous.

So, so good. I was up there for business, looking for places that I could eat, saw this and the reviews, and had to go. I got a carrot cake cupcake, chocolate chip muffin, and orange cranberry muffin. Oh. My. Gosh. I ate the orange cranberry muffin last (not all in one sitting), and it was the best of the three. Now if I have to go back there again for work, at least I have this wonderful little place to stop at. I want to go just for it, actually.

I love their GF (not DF) carrot cake! It's amazing!
