No dedicated kitchen, but waiting staff was really knowledgeable and asked about all of the menu items for it. We ordered sweet & sour pork, green beans, bok choy, squirrel fish, and the honey walnut shrimp that all only used cornstarch and had no soy sauce. I really enjoyed being able to eat family style with a group safely.
