I’ve been going here for many years. Sometimes I might come home feeling a little off, which I attribute to slight cross-contamination, but never really sick. So I’m not sure if it’s a gluten issue or something else. I use GliadinX whenever I eat here now, just to be safe. One point: I’ve found that food has been more iffy when I order during a movie than before the lights go down. Maybe I don’t speak loudly enough for them to hear I have celiac, I’m not certain. I do wish they’d stop referring to celiac as an allergy, though. An autoimmune disease isn’t an allergy.
