I called and spoke to the manager and asked if there was anything gluten free and she told me I could get a salad. I ordered a salad with chicken and I explained to the server that the chicken had to be cooked on a clean surface with clean utensils to avoid cross contamination. The salad was very good but the chicken definitely had gluten as I was sick as soon as I got home.

Manager stated that fajita meat is gluten free as is the shredded chicken in the enchiladas.
I loved this place before Celiac diagnosis. I was told they marinate meat in beer. Not gf friendly! I brought my own chips and had guac. and hot sauce.

Called ahead and discussed gf options Was offered a gf menu at host stand. No meat sub guacamole. There aren’t many options to choose from which is why they get a low rating. Service great, atmosphere great. I had to go for food after

Separate GF menu. I had enchiladas on corn tortillas with one of the safe sauces plus a crunchy taco. It was delicious and staff was knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience at Chuy’s. The manager and majority of the staff were very knowledgeable on what items are gluten free items! Their chips are made in a dedicated fryer. And corn tortillas are gluten free. Staff was so kind to let me know all the gluten free sauces that were options. Their fajita meat is not gluten free. I had the Chicka Chicka Boom Boom enchiladas and they were delicious. No cross contamination and I feel great after my meal. I’m making Chuy’s my permanent Mexican food spot in OKC!

Even though they have a GF menu, they will not guarantee it will actually be GF. All their meat proteins have gluten - from the marinade. The chips are not GF either. Very disappointing.
