A cooking school that's open for lunch. High end cafe that serves local, top quality food in a charming atmosphere. Outdoor tables available in summer. Limited menu but they have GF options every day.

Update: I was here yesterday and had Fish Tacos. The best I’ve ever had. See photo. Their menu changes every month, but the food is always top notch. Nearly all the menu items are gluten free. They also have a great selection of prepared meals for takeout. See photo.

So good!!! We had gluten free tarragon chicken pot pie and GF Thai beef salad. Both were exceptional. The menu changes monthly. We'll only be in Bellingham for a few days and we were lucky enough that this month has everything GF!
