I ended up leaving here because the hostess and waitress didn’t seem to have a clue and the menu isn’t marked at all. It says they have GF buns but I wouldn’t trust that anything else is actually gluten-free.

I enjoyed the burger I ordered from here. The bun held together well and it was flavorful. The waitress was kind enough to check with the kitchen on the safety of eating the sauces and how they caramelized the onions. They did not have a dedicated fryer but had three types of seasonal vegetables to substitute. I would recommend and go back.

Server was very quick to talk to chef who was very knowledgeable about gluten. Had “The Smoky” with a gluten free bun, which was delicious! Could not eat fries, because they cross use the fryer. They also fried my hamburger in a separate skillet as not to cross companionate with anything on the grill.

I had emailed the food service director at Anakeesta and received a quick reply from both her and the head chef. They listed several items that could be made gluten free (not marked in menu but sever very knowledgeable and double checked safety with chef). Both myself and daughter have Celiac and really enjoyed our meals and the gorgeous sunset views. We had the salmon and mashed potatoes, a house salad, short ribs over Gouda grits and Brussels sprouts. And I had a blackberry cider. Delicious meal!
