This was the first restaurant I have ever been to where the server asked about food sensitivities before we ordered. I don't expect that that is common practice, but I do recall putting a note on my reservation request that one of us would be asking about gluten free options. I had swordfish (pan-seared, since the grill runs the risk of cross contamination). My husband had the same only cooked on the grill, and he said mine was better. This came with mashed potatoes and julienned vegetables. No issues.
