There’s a gluten friendly menu listed online. The kitchen manager, Ricky, came out to talk to me. There’s cross contamination risk but the ingredients are safe. I had the Korean steak bowl special and it was amazing!!.

They have a Gluten friendly menu in which they mention to let your server know about allergies due to cross-contamination. I had a Salmon bowl - it was good. Some of the rice was overcooked but otherwise good. They have a decent options, including appetizers. The food came out with a stick, which I am guessing was to indicate an “allergy”

Limited menu items marked but discussed options with the waitress and she did go back and ask her supervisor plus she marked “allergy” on the ticket. I was pretty worried so chose the chicken wings that were marked Gf and then a plain salad. The dressing was not gf so they offered me to other options which was nice. I am celiac and didn’t get sick so I’m happy!

Gluten free options were clearly labeled on the menu. I had the Ahi Poke Tostada appetizer and it was great!
Gluten free items are now marked on the menu, and there are several.
The staff are very uninformed about Gluten Free. No gf menu. No Stars. Left and didn't eat here too risky.

This is a really fun place. They were very accommodating. They do not have a gluten free menu, but the greeter said to speak to the server, and the server was pleasant and helpful. We ate in an area with an actual thatched roof. Although they say they can do almost anything on the menu, they can't. They had neither gluten free pasta nor bread/buns. They do not have a dedicated fryer but offered to make a separate batch of fries. On the downside, the salad was brought out with croutons. When this was pointed out the server immediately realized the problem, and brought out a fresh salad without being asked. There was also confusion with my wife's homemade chips, which we asked to also be made separately so we could share. When they were brought out, by a different server, she was unsure if they were okay, and later said they were not. The offerings were fun and the food was good but not great. By all means eat here, but don't relax too much and ask all the usual questions. I did not get sick.
Great salads and gluten free options.
