The waitress was honest and said that the kitchen was not celiac safe. I thanked her for the honesty (she was great) and ordered a side of rice and guacamole. When the guacamole came, there was a chip on top of the dish. I was then told that their fryer was not Gf and asked for a different dish of guacamole. The server then took the dish back and brought it back with the chip removed, stating that it was a new dish of guacamole. When it was pointed out that it seemed (was!) the same dish, he said, “fine” and took it back. Didn’t feel safe eating here at all.
