I’ve seen mixed experiences about eating here. The Chile is gluten free and they steamed the tortillas to avoid cross contamination. My family also once got takeout enchiladas for a large family dinner from here. Haven’t had a problem and thought it tasted great. I think largely depends on your server and if they are willing to advocate in the kitchen for the extra prep. Mine caught that they didn’t steam the first time and had them remake it (likely he forgot to ask lol) but appreciate the honesty and care. Chips are a no go.
