Review of Cocina Azul

The website lists a whole bunch of info on how to eat gluten free at Cocina Azul, but our server seemed nonplussed when I asked her to do whatever modifications needed to be done to make my order gluten free (e.g. steam the tortillas instead of frying them was listed on the website). My enchiladas were delicious, but there was so much uncertainty in the meal (e.g. the tortilla chips, the green chilies) that I wouldn’t recommend this place for serious gluten sensitivities. I didn’t get sick, but I was so unsure when I was there.
